 Injury Treatment

A comprehensive rehabilitation service for those experiencing musculoskeletal injuries. These sessions involve a variety of techniques such as sports massage, mobilisations, taping and strapping etc.

Sports Massage

A targeted approach to reduce stiffness and pain. Utilising deep tissue techniques over specific areas of tension or try a full body session for ultimate relaxation.  Suitable for the general public and athletes.

Pre-Event Massage

Enhance performance, reduce the risk of injuries, and prepare your body for physical challenges. Suitable for athletes BEFORE an event or heavy training session.

What are your qualifications?

As of summer 2025, I graduated from Loughborough with a BSc (Hons) Sport and Exercise Therapy degree. I am registered with the Sports Therapy Assocation allowing me to treat patients from my home clinic. I am able to provide sports massage, exercise therapy, rehabilitation programmes, taping and strapping etc.

What are the benefits of sports massage?
Sports massage can help improve circulation, reduce muscle tension, and enhance recovery after physical activity.

How often should I get a sports massage?

The frequency of sports massage depends on individual needs and goals. My advice:

- General public: Every 4 weeks

- Recreational athletes: Every 1 - 2 weeks

- Elite athletes: A few times a week
